• Tax rates in the left column apply to every assessment record in
  this taxing area.

• Tax rates in the right column apply only to the properties which
  are located within the boundary lines of the said taxing districts.

• If the properties are located within the boundary lines of a city, then they must also pay an additional tax to that city at the rate listed next to "City Millage."
